Her role...
Louisa returned in March 2010 to her role as Women & Girls Football Development Officer after being on a 6 month sabbatical. Louisa started her role back in December 2007.
Lou is responsible for all aspects of Women and Girls Football in the County and she looks to support all levels whether it be playing, coaching, refereeing and volunteering either in schools, clubs or youth organisations. She essentially works to retain and increase the number of females playing football and ensure that there are plenty of opportunities and different levels of provision available to them.
She also works to increase the number of females gaining coaching qualifications and ensure that more female coaches are getting involved in the female game and increasing the number of qualified coaches working with women and girls teams in the County.
