In order to become a Charter Standard Community Club, your club needs to have the following:

  • A constitution
  • Financial Management
  • A Code of Conduct
  • Insurance (Linked to Affiliation)
  • An Equity Policy
  • FA Child Protection Policy
  • Designated Person
  • Personnel Disclosure Forms
  • Attend FA Workshop
  • Attend Soccer Parent
  • Qualified Coaches (Level 1)
  • 5 Teams......4 Sections
  • 1 x FA Coaching Certificate
  • Development Plan (download template, right)
  • Minimum 10 Teams
  • Youth to Adult
  • Minimum 1 girls/women's Team
  • Mini Soccer Teams
  • All Adult Team Coaches/managers must have First Aid qualification
  • Schools Liason Officer
  • Volunteer Co-ordinator
  • FA Community TOPS
  • Club links to Youth & Adult Clubs
  • Links to professional Clubs (Centres of Excellence, Academies, FITC)
