On the Welfare Officer Workshop officers will learn:
- An understanding of the role and responsibilities of the position.
- Information on how Hertfordshire FA can support them.
- Discussion on varying case scenarios to help deal with poor practice.
- Identify what steps need to be taken to develop their club.
- Opportunity to share and discuss best practice examples.
