Leagues from around the country take place providing teams for regional qualifiers and direct entrants into the national finals in July.
This years finals were held in Sheffield spreading over two venues (English Institute For Sport & Ponds Forge Sports Centre).
Hertfordshire's leagues and County Cup feed into the qualification process for the tournament and have had great success in recent years with Watford Ladies winning the inaugral tournament in 2007 and were beaten finalsits in 2008, in addition to local Cheshunt side qualifying for the last 16 in the 2007 tournament.
