The exciting programme will give talented female footballers between the ages of 16 and 19 years the chance to combine academic studies with practical football experience and compete against other academies in the London and South East region.
The Academy will offer players a route from Watford FC's CSE Trust's highly successful Centre of Excellence programme and feed in to the club's senior ladies set up at reserve and first team level.
By completing the one/two year programme, players will gain the skills required to help them progress to a higher standard of football as well as gain experiences necessary to work within the sports and leisure industry.
