Clubs will be able to begin completing their affiliation forms from Tuesday 2nd May.
This process will be completed via Whole Game System however hard copies are available upon request. Please contact the office on 01462 677622 if you need support.
Clubs affiliation forms will be prepopulated in the system and clubs will be able to login and edit details that have changed from the season before. You will also be able to begin editing forms and save them to come back to if you are a particularly large club.
Please find some documentation below to help guide you through the affiliation process.
If you are a new club please contact us on 01462 677622 or email email@example.com with the following details:
Name/DOB/Address/Telephone/Email of Treasurer/Secretary/Chairman (these can be the same person)
We will then add you to the system and provide you with your login details for WGS.
From here you will be able to affiliate with us from Tuesday 2nd May. Again if you require any further information please contact the office.
As part of football’s continuing commitment to safeguarding The FA have developed an online safeguarding workshop for committee members in youth football clubs.
The course has been made a mandatory requirement of County FA affiliation, meaning that a minimum of three committee members, including the chairperson, secretary and welfare officer must complete it for clubs to affiliate in 2017-18 season.
This will progress to include the club treasurer for the 2018-19 season onwards. Other club officials may also access the course, although for them it is entirely optional at this stage.
