Find A Session

No matter your age, ability, or experience, we have a session available for you! From after school Mash Up sessions to over 50s Walking Football we have opportunities for you to get involved.

Mars Just Play:

Now is the perfect opportunity to get your boots back on and join us at one of our Just Play kickabouts. The sessions are for all abilities and perfect for those who haven’t played in a while.

There’s absolutely no commitment; some of our Just Players come once a month and others come every week. You can get as involved in each kickabout as you want.

Just Play kickabouts are great for when you want to play without committing to a weekly game, a complicated league or fancy team strips. Sessions are flexible and sociable and an FA qualified Just Play organiser will ensure you have fun on the pitch whatever your level of fitness or ability.

Mash Up Sessions:

Football Mash up is all about your mates, your coach, and your terms. Get your boots on, have a game, show off your skills and learn new ones – this is your sport, Mash it Up and make it your own.

Football Mash Up is open to boys and girls between 14 and 17 years old. The sessions take place mostly after school and last between one and two hours – we want our sessions to fit around your lifestyle.

If and when you fancy grabbing some advice or gaining that edge, our Football Mash Up officers (who are FA employed coaches) are on hand to answer your questions and help. But if you're happy just keeping them to the side-lines, that's where they'll stay. They're not there to interfere.

Sessions are held in ten week blocks and participants will be charged up to £2 each week.

Walking Football:

Walking Football is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing football who had to stop due to injuries.

As the name suggests, Walking Football is non-contact and anyone that sprints, runs or jogs while the ball is in play will be penalised with a free-kick awarded to the other team.

The game is played on a pitch 20/40 yards in length and 15/30 yards in width with a size 4 Futsal, with the game restarted via a kick, roll or throw-in.

In 2014, the total number of miles covered by Walking Footballers in Surrey was 6,412! Simply playing 1 hour a week for 3 months enables players to cover 30 miles and burn 4,200 calories!
