Rules of Hertfordshire Football Association

Our rules assist in the governance of grassroots football in Hertfordshire, covering everything from the affiliation of clubs, sanctioning of competitions and registration of match officials, through to areas such as behaviour and misconduct and process of appealing decisions made by the Association.

The Rules of Hertfordshire FA are specific to our county and are managed and voted in by members of the Hertfordshire FA Council.

The Council consists of representatives from Hertfordshire Leagues, Clubs, Players and divisional representatives who provide a voice on behalf of their category of football to the Council. These members sit on Committees throughout the year and work towards the support of delivering the strategy and enhancing, promoting and providing football for all in Hertfordshire.
