Head of Football Development and Investment

Full Time

We are looking for an experienced individual to help lead the day to day delivery of Hertfordshire FA’s Football Development priorities. 

This is a key role in our organisation, with responsibility to lead manage and develop the Football Development team to deliver Hertfordshire FA strategic plan targets, including increasing participation opportunities for players, coaches, referees and volunteers.

The role also covers safeguarding in the county, as well as strategic area wide planning of partnerships, effectively engaging leagues, clubs, local authorities, health, etc. to ensure a safe and enjoyable football environment for all.

Independent Chair of Inclusion Advisory Group

We are currently looking to recruit an Independent Chair who will lead the IAG to support our organisation. 

The successful person will have significant knowledge and experience of operating at a strategic level in either the Public or Private Sector and equally bring a breadth and depth of knowledge or experience in equality matters..

PROJECT OFFICER – NATIONAL CITIZEN SERVICE

Fixed Term Contract – Three Years

£18,000 - £21,000pa (depending on experience)

Watford FC are looking to recruit somone to be responsible for the day-to-day running and delivery of the NCS programme. The Officer will work closely with the National Citizen Service (NCS) Project Officer and Project Manager to develop strong and meaningful relationships with a range of stakeholders including schools and young people in order to deliver positive outcomes for participants.

Multi-Sport Community Coach

Part-time (20-25 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications. Minimum contracted hours paid at standard rate, with additional coaching hours paid at enhanced rate dependent on qualifications

Stevenage FC Foundation are seeking highly motivated, responsible and committed individuals to work within its expanding community programme. The Foundation is looking to add a multi-sport community coach to support and deliver on a number of projects including holiday camps, match day packages, community programmes including Premier League Kicks & Girls, and in particular the schools programme and extra-curricular activities.
