We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and proactive individuals who want to make a positive contribution to the governance of grassroots football in Hertfordshire

Hertfordshire FA is looking to recruit three Independent Non-Executive Directors to join our board and actively participate in its strategic management of the company.

Collectively, the Board of Directors of Hertfordshire Football Association Ltd are required to direct the business affairs of the Association and to determine the vision, strategy, plans, policies and financial investment required to achieve the Association’s aims.

We would like members to consist of passionate individuals from a variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to help guide and drive our work. Hertfordshire FA are looking for the skillset of individuals who may have financial qualifications/knowledge, law degree/qualification, marketing and commercial, human resources or from within the NHS.

Recruitment for these voluntary roles will be based on both the technical ability to fulfil the role and also key behavioural competencies and our organisational values of Honesty, Efficiency, Respect, Teamwork, Trust and Honesty.

This is a voluntary role although expenses will be met.
