Hertfordshire FA Charity Donation - Animal Rescue Charity & Bishop's Stortford Food Bank

Blues Charity Donation

Hertfordshire FA Competitions Committee
Bishop’s Stortford FC present £300 Charity Competitions cheques to both the Animal Rescue Charity & the local Food Bank.

The Charity donations are from the funds acquired following the club’s successful runs in the Hertfordshire FA Charity Competitions over recent years.

This season the Blues have selected the Animal Rescue Charity & the Bishop’s Stortford Food Bank as their chosen charities to receive the donations.

John Burlison (Competitions Committee Chairman), Paddy Donovan (Competitions Committee Secretary) and Chris Spriggins (Director) presented the cheques on behalf of Hertfordshire FA.

Earlier this season, last year’s Charity Cup finalist, Hitchin Town FC presented their donation to Stevenage Haven. While Hertfordshire FA made their charity donation to Garden House Hospice in Letchworth Garden City.

Bishop’s Stortford FC Vice Chairman, John Turner added:

We would like to thank the Competitions Committee of the Hertfordshire FA for this opportunity, and we’re proud to provide both the Animal Rescue Charity & the Bishop’s Stortford Food Bank with a donation today. Both charities carry out incredible work in our local area.
