Please understand that if you contact us during this time you will not get an immediate response – we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible on our return.

In the case of appealing red cards be aware that there are strict timescales that need to be followed. Even when the office is closed you will still need to submit your intention to appeal within 2 days of the offence. The Discipline FAQs above have full details.

If you have a serious concern you can contact our Safeguarding team on 01462 650215. Calls on this number will be monitored so please leave a message and we will get back to you. Non-essential calls will be returned after the Christmas break.

Alternatively if you have an urgent concern over the welfare of a young person you can call Hertfordshire Children, Schools and Families on 0300 123 40 43 or the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000. If you believe a child is in immediate danger you should call the Police.

Our facility is also closed over the festive period, with all bookings reverting to normal activities from Monday 4th January 2021. For booking enquiries please email Rob Smith.
