Have Your Say!
If you are involved in Hertfordshire football, we would like to hear from you!
Following the recent launch of The FA’s Grassroots Strategy up to 2024, we are currently preparing our plans for this period and would like to give stakeholders the chance to have their say on what football in Hertfordshire should look like in the years ahead.
Whether you are involved in a league or club, as a player, referee, coach, volunteer or any other role within the game, please tell us what you think. It only takes 5 minutes to complete our survey and make sure your voice is heard.
Your feedback can help us make the game better for all
We all know that football can have a big impact on people’s lives, not just on the pitch but off it too. A recent study published by The FA showed that grassroots football contributed social and economic value of more than £10bn a year across the country.
That means over £200m of value to society is created each year by the grassroots game in Hertfordshire alone. This is not just in terms of money spent, but positive health outcomes that prevent vital resources being drained from local services.
Being involved in football has a considerable impact on wellbeing, delivering mental and physical health benefits for both children and adults alike and contributing to a reduction in cases of obesity, chronic disease, depression and anxiety.
That’s why it’s vital that the work we do as a County FA provides the maximum positive impact for our communities. Please share your views and help us make sure what we do in the years ahead delivers what’s needed most in your area.
The survey will be open until midnight on Monday 31st May 2021
